How to Replace the Cutter Blade in KPPTEHB
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for replacing the cutter blade and cutter cap in the KPPTEHB tool.

Tools needed:
5/64" Hex Wrench
Supplies needed:
New Cutter Blade, New Cutter Cap, Low Head Screws, Removable Threadlocker
- Disconnect the air hose
Disconnect the air hose from the air source and verify that the tool does not actuate.
- Remove the old components
Hold the tool with the nose pointing up and use the 5/64" hex wrench to remove the two low head screws from under the nose of the tool. Discard the screws and carefully remove the cutter cap and cutter blade.
- Install the new cutter blade
Apply a small amount of Removable Threadlocker to the threads of the new low head screws. Position the new cutter blade and place the new cutter cap over it, ensuring the sharp edge of the blade faces the cap. While holding the cap in place, fasten the toe clamp using the new screws and tighten them with the hex wrench.
