New blade, Removable Threadlocker, New screws
- Remove the existing blade guard
Hold the tool with the nose pointing upward. Remove the three existing screws and carefully take off the blade guard.
- Install the new blade
While holding the tool with the nose pointing upward, place the new blade into position with the sharp edge facing the blade guard.
- Reattach the blade guard
Place the blade guard back into position. Apply Removable Threadlocker to the three new screws and securely fasten the blade guard.
