#12-24 x 1/2" Mounting Screws, M6 x 1.0 x 15mm Mounting Screws, #10-32 x 1" Screws, #10 Washers, #10-32 Wing Nuts, Cage Nuts

  1. Mount the Front Brackets

    Align the front mounting brackets to the rack and secure them using either #12-24 x 1/2" screws or M6 x 1.0 x 15mm screws, depending on the type of tapped holes or cage nuts available.

  2. Attach the Rear Brackets

    Align the rear mounting brackets over the front brackets and secure them to the opposite rails of the rack using the same screws as in step 1. Ensure they are fastened tightly.

  3. Install the Strain Relief Bar

    Position the strain relief bar onto the brackets and push down on the fastener plungers to mount it. Fully tighten the wing nuts to secure the assembly.

  4. Install Cable Management Clips

    Attach the cable management clips to the universal cable manager bracket by pushing the fastener plungers in to secure them. Populate the clips with cables as needed.

  5. Route the Cables

    Use Tak-Ty (hook-n-loop cable ties) to secure trunk cables to the strain relief bar, ensuring to create slack loops for movement. Allow a minimum of 28" slack for split routing.
