HD Flex Fiber Optic Cassettes support multimode fiber types OM3, OM4, and OM4+ Sig Core, as well as singlemode fiber type OS2.

The operating temperature range for HD Flex Fiber Optic Cassettes is 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F).

Front connectivity options include LC, LC/APC Duplex, SC, SC/APC Duplex, and MPO Adapters. Rear connectivity uses MPO Adapters or 12/24-fiber for splicing.

The connectors meet ANSI/TIA-586C.3 and have a durability of 500 mating cycles.

Multimode optimized cassettes have 0.5dB insertion loss, while ultra low loss versions have 0.35dB. Splice cassettes have 0.15dB or 0.10dB plus splice loss.

Singlemode standard cassettes have 0.75dB insertion loss, and the 24F MPO cassette has 1.2dB. Splice cassettes have 0.35dB plus splice loss.

Multimode LC connectors have >26dB return loss. Singlemode LC connectors have >55dB, and LC/APC connectors have >65dB.

HD Flex Fiber Optic Cassettes offer deployment options to support both Ethernet and Fibre Channel networks.
