- Install Mounting Hardware
Insert the mounting buttons into the keyhole slots on the PDU mounting bracket in the rack. Secure using the #2 Phillips screwdriver to a recommended torque of 3.0Nm.
- Connect Ground Bonding Cable
Attach the ground bonding cable to the external ground bonding point located on the chassis of the PDU. Ensure the conductor size meets local electrical codes.
- Connect the PDU to Power Source
Turn the feed circuit breaker Off. Connect the PDU to an appropriately rated branch circuit, ensuring all local and national electrical codes are followed. Turn the feed circuit breaker On and wait for the operating system to load.
