- Insert the ferrule
With the handles in the open position, insert the ferrule into the crimp pocket until it is fully seated in the crimp die.
- Insert the stripped wire
Insert the stripped wire into the ferrule until the wire stops. Ensure the wire is stripped to the correct length as per the ferrule packaging.
- Crimp the ferrule
Close the handles of the tool until the controlled cycle mechanism releases. The handles will automatically open, allowing you to remove the crimped ferrule.
