Compatible with cable diameter of 50-57mm and installs using a separately sold mounting bracket or direct to the cable tray rung via fixing hole and user-supplied M8 bolt. Features 316L SS and removable spacer.

Supplies needed:
Mounting bolts (M8 or 5/16”), Washers, Nuts, Cable cleat
- Measure cable diameter
Measure the actual diameter of the cables to ensure the correct cleat part number is selected.
- Select mounting method
Choose between using a mounting bracket or mounting fasteners based on your installation needs.
- Install the cleat
If using a mounting bracket, insert it into the cleat, slide the cleat over the rung, and tighten the swing bolt to 60 in-lbs. If using fasteners, position the cleat over the rung, secure it with a bolt, and tighten to 120 in-lbs.
- Place cables in cleat
Open the top clamshell of the cleat, arrange the cables in a quad configuration, and close the clamshell securely.
- Secure the cleat
Assemble the included nut and washer onto the securing bolt and tighten to 15 ft-lbs. Ensure the cleat is firmly secured around the cables.
