The CCSSQD3339-X Stainless Steel Quadrafoil Cable Cleat offers protection against extreme environments and high short circuit current faults. The cable cleat is certified to IEC 61914, tested up to 169kA peak fault current, and retains cables in the event of a short circuit fault. Compatible with cable diameter of 33-39mm and installs using a separately sold mounting bracket or direct to the cable tray rung via fixing hole and user-supplied M8 bolt. Features 316L SS and removable spacer.

Supplies needed:
Mounting bolts (M8 or 5/16"), Washers, Nuts, Cable cleat CCSSQD2834-X
- Measure cable diameter
Measure the actual diameter of the cables to ensure compatibility with the CCSSQD2834-X cleat.
- Select mounting method
Choose between using a mounting bracket or mounting fasteners based on your installation needs.
- Install the cleat
If using a mounting bracket, insert the bracket into the cleat, slide it over the rung, and tighten the swing bolt to 60 in-lbs. If using fasteners, position the cleat over the rung, insert the securing bolt, and tighten to 120 in-lbs.
- Place cables in cleat
Open the top clamshell of the cleat, arrange the quad cables in the opening, and close the clamshell securely.
- Secure the cleat
Assemble the included nut and washer onto the securing bolt and tighten to 15 ft-lbs to ensure the cleat is firmly attached.
