This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the C2HACERI3866B1 Universal Aisle Containment system, including end of row frames, wall beams, and roofing components.

Hex wrench, Drill, Measuring tape, Level
Supplies needed:
M6 x 1 x 70mm Hex Head Bolts, M6 Nuts, M5x10mm Hex Head Screws, Support Plates
- Attach Post Extensions and Supports
For 42RU or 48RU setups, attach the Post Extension LH and Post Extension RH to the Left and Right Posts using M6 x 12mm Bolts. For 45RU or 52RU setups, use M6 x 12mm Bolts and include the appropriate spacers (45 Spacer or 52 Spacer). Secure each support with M6 Nuts.
- Prepare for Floor Attachment
Determine the containment system layout and mark the post locations. Drill nine 8mm (5/16") clearance holes in the floor for each post, following the provided layout diagrams for 1200mm or 1800mm aisles.
- Attach Posts to Floor
Position a post over the pilot holes. Insert six M6 x 1 x 50mm hex head bolts through the post feet. From underneath the floor, slide a Support Plate over the bolts and secure with six M6 nuts. Repeat for the second post.
- Install Post Foot Covers
Slide the foot covers onto the base of each post. Secure the foot covers using two M5x10mm hex head screws per cover. If grounding is required, complete it before installing the foot covers.
- Install End of Row Beams
Attach the End of Row Beam to the posts. For 52RU setups, also attach the Transom with Panel. For 48RU setups, attach the Transom with Panel. For 42RU and 45RU setups, attach the Transom separately. Ensure all components are securely fastened according to the specific setup requirements.
- Install Wall Beams
Align the Wall Beams with the installed End of Row Frames. Attach the Wall Beam Connector and Wall Beam Ganging Bracket as needed. Secure the Wall Beams using the appropriate hardware, ensuring they are level and properly supported.
- Install Roofing Components (If Applicable)
For roofing containment, install the Aisle Containment Roofing Aisle Beam and secure it. Place and secure the Roof Panel onto the beam. Refer to the specific instructions for 600mm, 700mm, or 800mm roofing sections.
- Install Vertical Wall Components (If Applicable)
Install the Vertical Wall Brace or Vertical Wall Adapter. Attach the Wall Brace to the Vertical Wall. Apply foam seals as directed. Install the Vertical Wall, setting the panel height and attaching seals to ensure proper closure.
