This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the C2CEOR04CP2B1 Cabinet End of Row Cap, including mounting, wiring, and initial setup.

Screwdriver, Wrench, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Cage nuts, M6 x 10mm hex head bonding screws, 1” x 1” foam seal, M5 x 0.8 serrated flange hex nuts
- Prepare the cabinet
Remove the knock-out tabs from the top and bottom of the cabinet where the End of Row Cap will be installed. Ensure that the tabs are fully removed.
- Install cage nuts
Insert cage nuts into the knock-out openings and turn each one a quarter turn to secure them in place.
- Attach corner brackets
Using M6 x 10mm hex head bonding screws, secure the left and right-hand corner brackets to the cabinet at the designated locations. Tighten screws firmly.
- Install columns
Attach the right-hand and left-hand columns to the cabinet using M6 serrated flange hex nuts. Ensure the height and side stamping are correctly oriented.
- Install floor seal panel
Attach the floor seal panel to the bottom panel guide using M5 x 0.8 serrated flange hex nuts. Do not tighten yet.
- Secure the floor seal
Push the foam seal tight against the floor and then tighten the M5 x 0.8 hex nuts that were left loose in the previous step.
- Complete the assembly
Follow the remaining assembly instructions to attach the upper panel, roofing blanking panel, and any additional components as specified in the installation instructions.
