Overview

The NSI Industries EC-350 Mighty-Move® Expansion Coupling is a 3-1/2" steel coupling engineered for EMT, Rigid, and IMC conduit systems in dry locations. This zinc-plated steel coupling features a set-screw design that assembles like a standard coupling, eliminating the need for disassembly or specialized tools during installation. To install, slide the coupling end stop onto the fixed conduit end, tighten the screw, and mark engagement. Remove the conduit, mark half the engagement distance, then reinstall to the half-distance position for proper alignment. With a trade size of 3-1/2" and dimensions of 14" (A) x 3-5/8" (B), this coupling provides a cost-effective solution for electrical installations where thermal expansion and contraction must be accommodated. The integrated design simplifies installation, reduces labor time, and eliminates the need for external bonding jumpers, streamlining the process while maintaining electrical continuity.
  • 3-1/2" trade size for EMT, Rigid, and IMC conduit systems
  • Zinc-plated steel construction with set-screw assembly
  • Simplified installation with no disassembly required
  • Integrated bonding jumper eliminates need for external jumpers
  • Features a true internal bonding jumper, eliminating external jumpers
