Overview

The NSi Industries 384-DC is a zinc die-cast insulated grounding bushing designed for reliable electrical grounding. This 1 1/4-inch bushing accommodates conduit sizes '1' (as per catalog table, corresponding to a 1.770" conduit diameter) and supports ground wire ranges from #14 AWG to #1/0 AWG copper or aluminum. Its insulated design, featuring a 150°C rated nylon insulator, protects conductors and reduces wire pulling abrasion. The integral grounding lug ensures superior ground continuity and is designed not to be lost. Installation is simplified due to the cast "threads" opposite the mounting screw, which tighten the fit, and a cone-point mounting screw with a nylon locking patch for secure grip and vibration resistance. This bushing is UL Listed (File #E3060) and CSA Certified (File #LR2884), conforming to UL 514B & UL 467 and CSA C22.2 No. 18 & CSA C22.2 No. 41 standards. Manufactured in the US, the 384-DC offers durability and efficient grounding for industrial power distribution, electrical panels, and machinery.
