Overview

The NSi Industries 386-DC is a 2-inch insulated grounding bushing constructed from durable zinc die cast material. This bushing is designed to provide reliable electrical grounding and protection for conductors. It accommodates a wire range of 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG CU/AL, ensuring versatility for various grounding applications. The insulated throat design, featuring a rounded surface, minimizes wire abrasion during pulling, meeting National Electric Code requirements for conductor protection at raceway entrances. The integral grounding lug offers superior ground continuity and is designed to accept copper or aluminum ground wires. The bushing features a cone-point mounting screw with a nylon locking patch for a secure, vibration-resistant grip on both threaded and threadless rigid/IMC conduit. This design simplifies installation compared to traditional threaded bushings, especially in tight spaces, as the grounding lug is an integral part of the bushing and will not get lost. The insulating nylon surface is rated for 150°C and covers the top of the bushing, including lug corners. Listed and certified by UL (File #E3060) and CSA (File #LR2884), and conforms to UL 514B & UL 467, CSA C22.2 No. 18 & CSA C22.2 No. 41. Manufactured in the USA.
