Overview

Mersen FEX-11-11 is a 2-pole inline fuse block rated for 600VAC/600VDC and 30A, designed for 1-1/2" x 13/32" (10 x 38 mm) midget fuses. Engineered for rapid installation with captive securing nuts/screws, eliminating loose component assembly in the field. Each pole features three internal O-rings for water-resistant sealing, with colored captive O-rings (red for dual-pole) for quick identification. Optional cone-shaped insulator boots provide watertight sealing, while breakaway versions include boots standard. The breakaway feature safely disconnects loads during pole knockdown, keeping fuses encapsulated on the load side for easy reinstallation. High-conductivity tin-plated copper alloy fuse clips ensure reliable conductivity. Glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC) insulators offer dielectric strength exceeding 2500V and are rated 125°C with 94V-0 flammability. UL Recognized Component (IZLT2, File E52283) and CSA Certified (Class 6225, File 32169). Ideal for circuits up to 600V in applications like small inverters, UPS systems, and motor drives.

Available in both breakaway and non-breakaway, single and double pole versions, these fuse holders allow maximum flexibility for any application. Applications: Street, alley, and parking lot lighting. Security and perimeter lighting. Traffic signals. Outdoor illuminated signs. Sports lighting. Boat electrical circuits.
