Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Ty-Rap cable ties
- Mount the MD2F-2
Secure the MD2F-2 motor disconnect to the designated mounting surface using appropriate mounting screws. Ensure it is level and firmly attached.
- Strip and Connect Wires
Strip the ends of the wires to the appropriate length as specified in the documentation. Attach the wires to the male and female motor disconnects, ensuring correct polarity.
- Crimp the Connectors
Use a crimping tool to securely crimp the connectors onto the stripped wires. Ensure a solid connection to prevent any electrical failures.
- Insert Male Pin into Female Barrel
Push the male pin into the female barrel until it is fully inserted, creating a secure connection.
- Install Boot/Insulator
