Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Cable ties
- Disconnect power
Ensure that all power to the installation area is disconnected to prevent electrical shock. Verify with a multimeter.
- Mount the controller
Secure the M2D6M-2 Controller to the DIN rail using the integrated clips. Ensure it is level and firmly attached.
- Strip and connect wires
Strip the ends of the wires to the appropriate length and attach them to the male and female motor disconnects as per the wire size specifications.
- Crimp connectors
Use a crimping tool to securely crimp the connectors onto the wires, ensuring a solid connection.
- Insert male pin
