COMBINER
Solar combiners (solar panel combiner boxes) are engineered to combine power from several solar panels onto a common bus. They are specially designed for the types of wiring used in photovoltaic (PV) systems. The output would then be connected to a charge controller or inverter depending on the type of system. Solar combiners also allow for a transition to larger wires between the array and the batteries or inverter to minimize transmission voltage drop all while protecting the array. Streamline now offers a variety of premium plug and play solar combiner box solutions. Built in Streamlines UL 508-A panel shop just outside of Milwaukee Wisconsin these systems can be trusted to perform. All combiner boxes are hand-assembled using best-in-class name brand components and are built to stand up under even the harshest conditions. In addition they are highly serviceable. The polycarbonate enclosure features a full-length piano-hinged door with a non-metallic latch. They offer a variety of mounting options thanks to brass inserts on the rear wall of the enclosure and the lid. Made in the U.S.A the enclosures are UL/cUL NEMA Type 6P IP68 as well as UV and chemical resistant.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for the safe and proper installation of the Elastimold 150DP and K150DP dead-end plugs, used to insulate receptacle portions of various Elastimold products.

Supplies needed:
K150-DP Dead-End Plug, Nylon Venting Rod, Lubricant
- Prepare the Receptacle and Plug
Ensure all apparatus is de-energized during installation or removal of parts to prevent serious or fatal injury. Inspect the mating receptacle interface, verifying it is dry and clear of contaminants. Remove the protective shipping cap from the dead-end plug.
- Lubricate the Plug Interface
Apply the supplied lubricant to the now exposed interface area of the dead-end plug. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE any other lubricant to ensure proper performance and safety.
- Install the Dead-End Plug
Insert the nylon venting rod into the receptacle area of the mating product to exhaust air during assembly. Carefully insert the dead-end plug into the receptacle area, pushing it in as far as possible. Once the plug is fully seated, remove the nylon venting rod to complete the installation.
