Overview

The ABB 665-CST-SW-GRY is a non-metallic cover designed for Steel City 665 Series floor boxes. Constructed from durable gray polycarbonate with a 3/32-inch steel plate reinforcement, this cover delivers a 750-pound load rating while maintaining a low-profile design. The polycarbonate flange and lid resist impacts and environmental stress common in industrial, commercial, and institutional floor applications. The cover includes a 1/4-inch deep recess for floor covering (tile or carpet) and can be glued directly to the steel plate for secure installation. A cord opening with a sliding latch allows the lid to lock open or closed, and the lid can be rotated 180 degrees to expose the opening for cord access during use. Supplied with four #8-32 x 3/8-inch mounting screws for easy installation. Ideal for floor boxes requiring a non-metallic, load-rated cover with aesthetic flexibility.
