Overview

The ABB 664-CST-SW-GRY Recessed Service Floor Box Cover is a precision-engineered solution for protecting and accessing electrical and data service points in concrete slab, wood sub-floor, or raised floor applications. This cover measures 8-1/8 inches in length and 5-1/8 inches in width, designed to fit standard recessed floor box openings with a flush, low-profile finish. Constructed from durable gray polycarbonate with a 5/32-inch thick steel plate reinforcement, it delivers exceptional impact resistance and structural integrity for high-traffic environments like data centers, manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial spaces. The polycarbonate shell provides high-impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and UV stability, ensuring long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor settings. The integrated steel plate reinforcement enhances load-bearing capacity, reducing the risk of deformation under heavy foot traffic or equipment loads. The sloped deck feature enables easy access to internal components, including accommodations for one duplex or GFCI receptacle and two standard keystone-style data jacks (receptacles and data jacks not included). This cover is part of the 68R-CST series, compatible with round recessed floor boxes and designed for seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The gray finish blends discreetly with concrete, epoxy, or other flooring materials, maintaining a professional aesthetic while minimizing tripping hazards. Supplied with screws, two receptacle nuts, a blank data plate, and a voltage divider, the 664-CST-SW-GRY is a turnkey solution for service floor protection and accessibility.
