Overview

The nVent Z24207 is a Type 4X aluminum replacement door designed for 24x20 inch wall-mount enclosures. Constructed from 0.100" thick Type 5052 H-32 aluminum, this door offers robust protection against hosed-down environments and corrosive elements, meeting NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP66 standards. Its design features continuously welded seams and a formed lip to effectively exclude liquids and contaminants. The integrated continuous aluminum hinge allows for easy removal by simply pulling the hinge pin, and secure aluminum clamps ensure a tight seal. A provision for padlocking is included for added security. This replacement door is ideal for instrument enclosures, control housings, junction boxes, and applications requiring reliable protection against moisture and corrosion. Manufactured in the USA.
