How to Install the S2MWF Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the S2MWF suspension system, ensuring proper alignment and secure installation.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Secure the tube in a vertical position using 6 M12 screws. Tighten screws until they are flush on the inside and ensure the tube is aligned properly.
- Align the tube
Loosen screws 3 and 4, then tighten screws 1 and 2 to adjust the alignment. After achieving the desired position, tighten screws 3 and 4 while loosening screws 1 and 2.
- Secure the enclosure
Attach the enclosure to the tube using 4 M6 screws and retaining washers. Ensure a tightening torque of 6 Nm is applied to secure the enclosure firmly.
- Connect wiring
Strip the ends of the wires and connect them to the terminal connectors. Use a multimeter to verify proper connections and ensure there are no shorts.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the tilt angle limiter as needed by loosening the threaded pin and setting the desired angle. Tighten the threaded sleeve to secure the angle.
