How to Install the S2MRB Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and configuring the S2MRB suspension system for optimal performance.
Estimated time: 1h
Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Secure the round tube to the mounting bracket using 6 M12 screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 20 Nm and that the gasket is pressed flat during installation.
- Align the tube
Adjust the tube's position to ensure it is level. Slacken off screws 3 and 4, then tighten screws 1 and 2. Finally, re-tighten screws 3 and 4 while ensuring the gap does not exceed 4.4 mm.
- Secure the enclosure
Attach the enclosure to the tube using 4 M6 screws and retaining washers. Tighten each screw to a torque of 6 Nm to ensure a secure fit.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the tilt angle limiter by unscrewing the cover and setting the desired inclination. Tighten the threaded sleeve to secure the angle.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check all electrical connections for continuity and proper voltage levels to ensure the system is functioning correctly.
