How to Install the SYSPEND 180-MAX Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system, ensuring proper mounting and adjustments.

Screwdriver, Spirit level, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws (M6), Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to avoid issues with load and adjustment. If necessary, clean the surface before proceeding.
- Mount the suspension system
Lift the enclosure under the coupling (support may be necessary). Attach the lock washers to the screws, fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling, and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes. Adjust them to the desired position and then tighten the screws with a torque of 10 - 12 Nm to secure the alignment.
- Install the seals
Press the seals smoothly into place on the components to ensure proper sealing and protection against environmental factors.
- Verify the installation
Use a spirit level to check the alignment of the suspension system. Make any necessary adjustments and ensure all screws are tightened to the specified torque.
