Mounting screws, Gaskets, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Secure the tube to the mounting surface using the appropriate screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 20 Nm.
- Align the tube
Adjust the tube's position by loosening the screws slightly, then tighten the screws in a staggered pattern to maintain alignment. Check that the gap is a maximum of 4.4 mm.
- Install the cover
Unscrew the cover and mount it securely. Ensure all screws are tightened to a torque of 6 Nm.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the tilt angle limiter as needed by loosening the screws, setting the desired angle, and then tightening the screws to secure the position.
- Verify connections
Use a multimeter to check all electrical connections for continuity and proper voltage levels before powering on the system.
