How to Install the S2MER Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and configuring the S2MER suspension system for optimal performance.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Retaining washers
- Mount the tube
Secure the round tube to the mounting bracket using 6 M12 screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 20 Nm and that the tube is aligned properly.
- Install the enclosure
Attach the enclosure to the mounted tube using 4 M6 screws and retaining washers. Tighten the screws to a torque of 6 Nm.
- Align the tube
Adjust the alignment of the tube by loosening screws 3 and 4, then tightening screws 1 and 2. Repeat the process to ensure the tube is level and secure.
- Calibrate the system
Unscrew the cover and adjust the tilt angle limiter to the desired angle. Tighten the threaded sleeve to set the inclination moment.
- Verify connections
Check all connections and ensure that there are no loose screws or gaps exceeding 4.4 mm. Use a multimeter to verify electrical connections if applicable.
