This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system, ensuring proper mounting and adjustment.

Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to avoid load and adjustment issues.
- Mount the suspension system
Secure the suspension system to the wall or machine using the appropriate mounting screws. Use at least four bolting points for stability.
- Attach the coupling components
Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them to a torque of 6 Nm.
