Constructed from high-impact, halogen-free polycarbonate, this enclosure offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and impact, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments. It meets stringent industry standards, including UL 508A Listed (Type 4, 4X, 12, 13) and cUL Listed per CSA C22.2 No. 94 (Type 4, 4X, 12, 13), as well as NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 60529 IP66 ratings. The seamless foam-in-place gasket provides a watertight and dust-tight seal, safeguarding internal components from dust, water, and ice ingress. Its external dimensions are 175x175x74mm, with internal dimensions of 169x169x67mm, offering ample space for housing 30.5-mm or 22.5-mm pushbuttons and other electrical components. The opaque, impact-resistant polycarbonate cover features cross-point captivated stainless steel cover screws, protected by removable caps for aesthetic appeal and tamper resistance. Straight side walls allow for ganging multiple enclosures, and molded internal pads facilitate the mounting of optional panels, rails, or other components. Mounting holes are conveniently located directly adjacent to the cover screws, simplifying installation. The enclosure material is finished in RAL 7035 light-gray both inside and out. This enclosure is ideal for applications in chemical plants, water treatment facilities, outdoor electrical installations, and any scenario requiring reliable protection for electrical controls in corrosive or wet conditions. Optional panels, hardware kits, and hinge kits are available separately.
