- Prepare Tools and Fasteners
Gather the necessary tools, including SW19 and SW8 wrenches or sockets, and a T40 Torx bit. Identify the M12, M12x20, and M8x16 fasteners that correspond to their respective connection points on the PS series device.
- Secure M12 and M12x20 Connections
Locate all connection points that require M12 or M12x20 fasteners (typically referenced as A, C, and D in diagrams). Use the SW19 wrench to tighten these fasteners to a torque of 15-20 Nm. Ensure each connection is firmly secured to prevent loosening during operation.
- Secure M8x16 Connections
