This guide provides instructions for assembling and connecting various components to the PS2050 unit, including specific torque requirements for M12 and M8 connections, ensuring proper installation.
Estimated time: 30m
Tools needed:
SW19 wrench, SW8 wrench, T40 Torx bit, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
M12x20 bolts/fittings, M8x16 bolts/fittings
- Identify and Prepare M12 Connection Points
Locate all M12 connection points on the PS2050 unit. Ensure that the threads and mating surfaces are clean and free from any obstructions or debris before proceeding with connections.
- Connect and Torque M12 Components
Attach the M12x20 components or fittings to the designated M12 connection points (referencing Pic. A, C, D in the documentation). Use an SW19 wrench to secure the connection. Then, use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten each M12 connection to a torque value between 15-20 Nm.
- Connect and Torque M8 Component
Identify the M8 connection point on the PS2050 unit (referencing Pic. B in the documentation). Attach the M8x16 component or fitting. Use an SW8 wrench to secure the connection. Finally, use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten this M8 connection to a torque value between 10-15 Nm.
