Overview
- Description: Side panels to cover the openings in the sides of the PF/PV plinths. Double folded panels for maximum strength. Compatible with combinable and semi-compact enclosure ranges.
- Material: 1.5 mm steel plate.
- Finish: RAL 7022 structured powder coating.
- Pack quantity: 2 panels. Mounting accessories included with PF/PV.
- Comment: side panels can be used to improve the rigidity of bayed plinths however cables cannot pass through them easily, however to optimise the rigidity of the bayed plinths then plinth combining profiles PCP, should be used instead

How to Assemble PF/PV/PS Series Mechanical Components
This guide provides torque specifications and assembly instructions for various mechanical connection points within the PF/PV/PS series, including M12 and M8 bolt connections.

SW19 wrench, SW8 wrench, T40 Torx wrench
Supplies needed:
M12 bolts, M8x16 bolts
- Secure Main Connections (A and C)
Using an SW19 wrench, secure the components at connection points A and C with M12 bolts. Tighten each bolt to a torque of 15-20 Nm. Ensure proper alignment before tightening to prevent stress on components.
- Secure Auxiliary Connection (B)
Using an SW8 wrench, secure the component at connection point B with M8x16 bolts. Tighten each bolt to a torque of 10-15 Nm. Do not overtighten to prevent stripping threads or damaging the component.
- Verify Connection D Torque
Confirm that any component at connection point D is secured with M12 bolts. Using an SW19 wrench, ensure these bolts are tightened to a torque of 15-20 Nm. This step ensures all primary connections are properly torqued for reliable operation.
