This guide provides step-by-step instructions for the installation and initial setup of the N210246G051 air conditioner, ensuring proper mounting, wiring, and configuration.

Mounting screws, Gasket kit, Drain tube
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check for any visible damage and verify functionality before installation. Ensure the unit is upright for at least five minutes if it has been in a horizontal position.
- Prepare the mounting location
Determine if the unit will be surface or recess mounted. Prepare the enclosure opening according to the mounting cutout dimensions provided in the manual, ensuring adequate ventilation and clearance.
- Install gaskets and mount the air conditioner
Using the provided gasket kit, install gaskets to the air conditioner. Mount the unit to the enclosure using the 1/4-20x.625 mounting bolts, ensuring to torque each bolt to 65 in./lbs.
- Connect the drain tube
Route the drain tube ensuring it maintains a continuous downward slope without kinks. This prevents overflow of the condensate drain pan.
- Wiring the air conditioner
Connect the power cord or wire the unit to a properly grounded power supply, adhering to national wiring regulations. Ensure the circuit is fused according to the specifications in the design data section.
- Test the air conditioner
After wiring, power on the unit and verify that the evaporator blower starts running. Allow the unit to operate for 5-10 minutes, checking for excessive noise or vibration.
