Overview

The nVent MPGS10 is a compact stainless steel console designed for robust HMI equipment protection. Constructed from AISI 304 pre-grained stainless steel with 2 mm thick body and doors, and 1.5 mm rear and bottom plates, this enclosure offers superior durability. The mounting plate is 2.5 mm galvanized steel. It features a hinged desk panel with a 12° angle from horizontal and concealed hinges allowing 90° opening, secured by a mechanical panel stay. The console's integrated plinth provides a floor clearance. With a single door configuration, it achieves an IP66, TYPE 4X, 12, 13, and IK 10 protection rating, ensuring suitability for demanding environments. Cable entry is facilitated through a bottom opening with a supplied bottom plate for cable glanding. Earthing is provided via M8 threaded studs on the body, door, top, and rear panels. The dimensions are 985x1000x400 mm (HxWxD), with a usable depth of 899 mm and a mounting plate size of 790x899x357.5 mm (hxwx d). It is delivered with the mounting plate and earthing accessories on a wooden pallet. This console enhances mounting space and allows for easy installation and access to HMI equipment.
