Overview

The nVent MPC061R5 is a mild steel top console enclosure designed for Human Machine Interface (HMI) integration in industrial environments. Part of the MPC combinable enclosure system, this unit measures 500mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 494mm (D) and delivers IP66 protection with Type 4, 12, and 13 ratings. Constructed from 1.5mm painted steel with a RAL 7035 structured powder coating, it offers IK10 impact resistance for single-door configurations. The enclosure features a removable roof panel, four-hinge door mounting for left/right opening, and an espagnolette 4-point locking system with 3mm double-bit lock compatibility. A polyurethane gasket ensures maximum sealing, while M8 threaded studs on the body, door, top panel, and rear panel provide reliable earthing. The mounting plate is double-folded, slides into position, and is adjustable in depth by 25mm increments. Suitable for manufacturing, automation, and process control applications, this console supports modular expansion when combined with desk and base units.
