- Prepare for MCU Mounting
Identify the specific mounting hardware required based on the MCU width (e.g., components for MCU>=1000 wide). Gather all necessary bolts, nuts, screws, and gaskets as listed in the Ref. Pic. Qty. tables. Safety Warning: Ensure the gaskets (K, L) are correctly positioned outside the corner holes of the MCU unit.
- Secure the MCU using Primary Fixation Points
Position the MCU in the desired mounting location. Install the M12x20 bolts (A) and M12 nuts (B), tightening them to a torque of 15-20Nm. Install the M8x16 bolts (E) and M8 nuts (C, D), tightening them to a torque of 8-10Nm. Install the M6x12 bolts (F) as indicated in the main diagram, applying a torque of 10-15Nm for the larger F and 4-5Nm for the smaller F. Install the M5x10 bolts (H), M6 nuts (J), and 4.5x8 screws (G), tightening them to a torque of 4-5Nm. Verify all primary fixation points are securely fastened to their specified torque values.
- Consider Bayed or Alternative Fixation (Optional)
For Bayed Variant: If connecting multiple MCU units, order CCI06 brackets separately. Use T25 screws and 4.5x8 screws to attach the brackets, ensuring a stable connection between the units. For Alternative Fixation: If using the CNT05 alternative fixation, order CNT05 separately. Secure it using T25 screws and 4.5x8 screws, applying a torque of 4.5-5Nm.
