Supplies needed:
M12x20 screws (4 pcs), M12 nuts (4 pcs), M8x16 screws (4 pcs), M8 nuts (8 pcs), M6x12 screws (6 pcs), M6 nuts (4 pcs), M5x10 screws (6 pcs), 4.5x8 screws (6M), Gaskets (sufficient for corner holes), Washers/Spacers (K, 2 pcs; L, 2 pcs), CNT05 fixation kit (optional, ordered separately)
- Prepare the MCU and Gasket
Before mounting, ensure that the gasket is correctly positioned and fixed outside the corner holes of the MCU unit. This is crucial for proper sealing and protection.
- Install Primary M12 Fixation
Attach the MCU unit to the mounting surface using four M12x20 screws (A) and four M12 nuts (B). Use a T30 Torx driver/bit and an SW13 wrench to tighten these fasteners to a torque of 15-20Nm.
- Install Primary M8 Fixation
Further secure the MCU by installing four M8x16 screws (E) with four M8 nuts (C) and four M8 nuts (D). Use an SW10 wrench to tighten these fasteners to a torque of 8-10Nm.
- Install Primary M6 and 4.5x8 Fixation
Complete the primary fixation by installing two M6x12 screws (F) and six 4.5x8 screws (G). Apply a torque of 4-5Nm to the M6x12 screws (F) using an appropriate wrench/socket.
- Apply Specific Fixation for MCU ">=" 1000mm Wide (Conditional)
If your MCU unit is 1000mm or wider, install six M5x10 screws (H), four M6x12 screws (F), four M6 nuts (J), and two K and two L components. Use a T25 Torx driver/bit and appropriate wrench/socket to tighten the M5x10 screws (H) and M6 nuts (J) to a torque of 4-5Nm.
- Implement Alternative Fixation with CNT05 (Optional)
For an alternative mounting method, use the CNT05 fixation kit (to be ordered separately). First, position the CNT05 bracket onto the MCU. Then, insert a 4.5x8 screw through the bracket and into the MCU. Finally, tighten this screw to a torque of 4.5-5Nm.
