- Prepare and Mount the MCU Unit
Before mounting, ensure the gasket is correctly fixed outside the corner holes of the MCU unit, especially for units 1000mm wide or larger. Secure the MCU unit using 6 M5x10 screws (H), 4 M6x12 screws (F), 4 M6 nuts (J), 2 K components, and 2 L components. Apply a torque of 4-5Nm to these fasteners.
- Install Bayed Variant Components (Optional)
If installing the bayed variant of the MCU, attach 4 M12x20 screws (A), 4 M12 nuts (B), 4 M8 nuts (C), 4 M8 components (D), 4 M8x16 screws (E), 2 M6x12 screws (F), and 6 M 4.5x8 screws (G). Apply specific torques: 10-15Nm for A, 8-10Nm for B, 15-20Nm for C, D, E, and 4-5Nm for F, G. Ensure correct torque is applied to prevent loosening or damage.
- Apply Alternative Fixation (Optional)
For alternative fixation, if using CCI06 brackets (ordered separately), mount them according to their specific instructions. Alternatively, if using CNT05 (ordered separately), secure it using the appropriate fasteners with a torque of 4.5-5Nm.
