The hygienic lock mechanism is AISI 316L stainless steel with a blue silicone gasket, conforming to DIN EN 1672-2:2009. It includes a mounting plate fixed onto M8 studs, marked at 10mm intervals for precise equipment placement. Sides 800mm and above are strengthened with folded edges. Standard delivery includes the enclosure, door, mounting plate, metallic key, and mounting accessories. No standard gland openings are present to maintain hygiene.
