Supplies needed:

M12x20 screws (4 pcs), M12 nuts (4 pcs), M8 nuts (4 pcs), M8x16 screws (4 pcs), M6x12 screws (6 pcs), 4.5x8 screws (6M pcs), M5x10 screws (6 pcs), M6 nuts (4 pcs), Gaskets (2 pcs), CCI06 brackets (optional), CNT05 brackets (optional)

  1. Secure primary structural components

    Install 4 sets of M12x20 screws (A) with M12 nuts (B) and tighten to 15-20 Nm. Next, install 4 sets of M8x16 screws (E) with M8 nuts (C, D) and tighten to 8-10 Nm. Finally, install 2 M6x12 screws (F) and tighten to 10-15 Nm. Use a torque wrench for precise fastening. Ensure correct torque is applied to prevent loosening or damage to the MCU unit.

  2. Attach secondary components and gaskets for wide MCU units

    For MCU units 1000mm wide or greater, install 6 M5x10 screws (H) and 4 M6x12 screws (F) with 4 M6 nuts (J). Tighten these fasteners to a torque of 4-5 Nm. Crucially, ensure the two gaskets (K, L) are fixed *outside* the corner holes before tightening any screws to ensure proper sealing and fitment.

  3. Fasten remaining smaller components

    Install the 6M 4.5x8 screws (G) into their designated positions. Tighten these screws to a torque of 4-5 Nm. Verify all previously installed fasteners are still within their specified torque ranges after this step.

  4. Consider bayed configuration or alternative fixation options

    If you are creating a bayed variant for the MCU, ensure CCI06 brackets are ordered separately and installed according to their specific instructions. Alternatively, for different mounting needs, use CNT05 brackets (also ordered separately) and secure them with 4.5x8 screws, tightening to a torque of 4.5-5 Nm. Choose the appropriate fixation method based on your installation requirements.
