Supplies needed:

M12x20 screws, M12 nuts, M8 nuts, M8 washers, M8x16 screws, M6x12 screws, 4.5x8 screws, M5x10 screws, M6 nuts, Gasket

  1. Mount the Main MCU Unit

    Using the M12x20 screws (A), M12 nuts (B), M8 nuts (C), M8 washers (D), and M8x16 screws (E), securely fasten the main MCU unit. Apply a torque of 15-20Nm to these fasteners. Use a Torx T30 wrench for appropriate fasteners.

  2. Secure External Panels and Components

    Attach external panels or components using the M6x12 screws (F), applying a torque of 10-15Nm. For other components, use the 4.5x8 screws (G) and M5x10 screws (H), tightening them to a torque of 4-5Nm. Use a Torx T25 wrench for appropriate fasteners.

  3. Install Internal Fasteners and Gasket

    Install the M6 nuts (J) and associated parts (K, L), applying a torque of 4-5Nm. Ensure the gasket is correctly positioned and fixed outside the corner holes, especially for MCU units 1000mm wide or greater.
