M12x20 screws (4 pcs), M12 nuts (4 pcs), M8 nuts (4 pcs), M8 washers (4 pcs), M8x16 screws (4 pcs), M6x12 screws (6 pcs total), M6 nuts (4 pcs), M5x10 screws (6 pcs), 4.5x8 screws (6 pcs, plus additional for CNT05 if used), Gasket, CCI06 brackets (optional, for bayed variant), CNT05 fixation elements (optional, for alternative fixation)

  1. Secure Primary Structural Connections

    Using M12x20 screws (A) and M12 nuts (B), and M8x16 screws (E) with M8 nuts (C) and M8 washers (D), assemble the primary structural components. Tighten all these fasteners to a torque of 15-20Nm using a torque wrench.

  2. Attach Intermediate Components

    Attach intermediate components using the two M6x12 screws (F) and tighten them to a torque of 8-10Nm. Then, secure other sections with the four M6x12 screws (F), tightening these to a torque of 10-15Nm.

  3. Install Gasket and Final Fixations

    Position the gasket carefully, ensuring it is fixed outside the corner holes. Secure the gasket and associated corner components using M5x10 screws (H) and M6 nuts (J). Additionally, use 4.5x8 screws (G) for other fixations. Tighten all these fasteners to a torque of 4-5Nm.

  4. Implement Bayed or Alternative Fixation (Optional)

    If installing a bayed variant of the MCU, ensure CCI06 brackets are ordered separately and used for proper connection. For an alternative fixation method, utilize CNT05 elements (ordered separately) with 4.5x8 screws, tightening them to a torque of 4.5-5Nm.
