This guide provides detailed instructions for the physical installation and mounting of the MCU unit, covering gasket preparation, primary fastening, and optional configurations for wider units or alternative fixation methods.

Torque wrench, Socket set (for M5, M6, M8, M12 fasteners), T25 Torx driver
Supplies needed:
Gasket, M12x20 bolts (4), M12 nuts (4), M8 nuts (4), M8 washers (4), M8x16 bolts (4), M6x12 bolts (6), M6 nuts (4), M5x10 bolts (6), 4.5x8 screws (6), Component K (2), Component L (2), CCI06 brackets (if needed, ordered separately), CNT05 (if needed, ordered separately)
- Prepare the MCU Unit Gasket
Before mounting, ensure the gasket is correctly positioned and firmly fixed outside the corner holes of the MCU unit. This step is crucial for proper sealing and protection.
- Install Primary Mounting Fasteners
Begin by securing the main mounting points using four M12x20 bolts (Ref. A) and four M12 nuts (Ref. B). Tighten these connections with a torque wrench to 10-15Nm. Next, install four M8x16 bolts (Ref. E) with four M8 nuts (Ref. C) and four M8 washers (Ref. D), applying a torque of 8-10Nm.
- Secure Auxiliary and Panel Fasteners
Fasten the two M6x12 bolts (Ref. F from the A-G section) and tighten them to a torque of 15-20Nm. Then, install and secure the six 4.5x8 screws (Ref. G) with a torque of 4-5Nm to complete the main unit's primary attachment.
- Install Wide Unit Reinforcement (Optional)
If your MCU unit is 1000mm or wider, install the additional components as shown in the H-L diagram. Secure six M5x10 bolts (Ref. H) and four M6x12 bolts (Ref. F from H-L section) with four M6 nuts (Ref. J). Tighten all these fasteners to a torque of 4-5Nm. Also, attach components K (2 pcs) and L (2 pcs) as depicted.
- Apply Alternative Fixation (Optional)
As an alternative fixation method, use the CNT05 brackets (to be ordered separately) and secure them with T25 screws. Tighten these screws to a torque of 4.5-5Nm as depicted in the alternative fixation diagram.
