M12x20 bolts (4), M12 nuts (4), M8 nuts (4), M8 bolts (4), M8x16 bolts (4), M6x12 bolts (6), 4.5x8 screws (6, for main assembly), M5x10 bolts (6), M6 nuts (4), Gasket (1), Brackets K (2), Brackets L (2), CCI06 brackets (optional, as needed for bayed variant), CNT05 brackets (optional, as needed for alternative fixation), 4.5x8 screws (optional, as needed for CNT05 fixation)
- Assemble Base Components
Secure four M12x20 bolts (A) with four M12 nuts (B), applying a torque of 15-20Nm. Fasten four M8 nuts (C) with four M8 bolts (D) and four M8x16 bolts (E), applying a torque of 8-10Nm. Attach two M6x12 bolts (F) to the designated points, applying a torque of 10-15Nm. Install six 4.5x8 screws (G), applying a torque of 4-5Nm.
- Install Gasket and Additional Fasteners
For MCU units 1000mm wide or greater, fix the gasket outside the corner holes. Secure six M5x10 bolts (H) and four M6 nuts (J), applying a torque of 4-5Nm to each. Attach the remaining four M6x12 bolts (F) to their respective positions, applying a torque of 10-15Nm. Position brackets K (2 pcs) and L (2 pcs) as indicated in the diagram.
- Assemble Bayed Variant (Optional)
If connecting multiple MCU units, use separately ordered CCI06 brackets. Connect the units using components A and B as shown in the 'Bayed variant for MCU' diagram, ensuring proper alignment.
- Perform Alternative Fixation with CNT05 (Optional)
If using the alternative fixation method, utilize separately ordered CNT05 brackets. Insert the CNT05 bracket into position as shown in diagram 1. Secure the bracket using 4.5x8 screws, applying a torque of 4.5-5Nm, as depicted in diagrams 2 and 3.
