Overview

The nVent MASE0406021R5 is a wall-mounted EMC enclosure designed for environments requiring electromagnetic compatibility. Constructed from mild steel with a RAL 7035 structured powder coating on the exterior, this compact enclosure measures 400x600x210mm. It features a single door with a conductive EMC gasket, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity between the enclosure body and door, which is crucial for creating a Faraday effect. The enclosure offers IP66 protection, shielding internal equipment from dust and water ingress. The door is secured with a chrome-plated double-bit lock featuring a 3mm insert and 90° movement. A separate M8 earthing stud is provided for the door. The internal mounting plate is marked at 10mm intervals for easy equipment positioning and includes holes for cable fixing, attaching to M8 press-welded studs.
