M8 flanged nuts, Pan head screws, DIN rails, Mounting channels

  1. Mount the DIN rails

    If mounting directly to enclosure studs, align the slots in the DIN rails with the studs. Attach an M8 flanged nut to each stud and torque to 99 in-lbs (11 Nm).

  2. Attach mounting channels (if applicable)

    If using mounting channels, insert one channel nut for each DIN rail into the mounting channel. Follow the separate installation instruction sheet to attach the mounting channels to the enclosure studs.

  3. Secure the DIN rails to the channel nuts

    Line up the slots in the DIN rails with the channel nuts. Insert one pan head screw into each nut and torque to 50 in-lbs (5.6 Nm).
