Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Cutout template

  1. Prepare the enclosure

    Apply the cutout template to the desired location on the side of the enclosure. Ensure it is aligned properly.

  2. Cut the hole

    Cut out the hole in the enclosure using the appropriate size for your model. Deburr the cutting edge to avoid sharp edges.

  3. Insert the fan or grille

    Insert the fan or grille into the opening and push until all four corners snap and lock into place.

  4. Install mounting fasteners

    If the panel thickness is between 0.10 (2.5 mm) and 0.14 (3.5 mm), install mounting fasteners. For thickness greater than 0.14 (3.5 mm), removal of the grille is required to install the fasteners.
