Mounting screws, Mounting gasket kit, Electrical wire, Thermostat (if required)
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage and verify its functionality before proceeding with the installation.
- Install mounting gaskets
Using the mounting gasket kit provided, attach the gaskets to the air conditioner to ensure a watertight seal.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner onto the enclosure, ensuring not to damage the mounting gasket. Avoid dragging the unit to prevent tearing the gasket.
- Connect electrical wiring
Refer to the nameplate for electrical requirements and wire the unit to a properly grounded power supply. Ensure the circuit is fused with a slow blow or HACR circuit breaker.
- Verify phase monitor
For 3-phase units, after applying power, check that the phase monitor light is illuminated to confirm correct electrical phasing.
- Wire the thermostat
If required, connect the thermostat outputs to the appropriate terminals on the 24 VAC terminal strip according to the wiring diagram.
- Set thermostat
