How to Install the G28 Air Conditioner
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the G28 Air Conditioner, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Screwdriver, Wrench, Ratchet driver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Mounting gasket, Terminal connectors
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage and ensure it is functioning properly before installation.
- Install the mounting gasket
Using the provided mounting gasket kit, attach the gaskets to the air conditioner to ensure a watertight seal.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner to the enclosure, ensuring not to damage the mounting gasket. Start bolts by hand to avoid cross-threading.
- Allow the unit to settle
Keep the air conditioner upright for at least five minutes before powering it on to avoid damage.
- Wire the air conditioner
Connect the air conditioner to a properly grounded power supply as per the nameplate specifications. Ensure the phase monitor light is illuminated.
- Connect the thermostat
If required, wire the remote thermostat outputs to the appropriate terminals on the 24 VAC terminal strip according to the wiring diagram.
- Set the thermostat
Adjust the thermostat to the desired cabinet temperature, following the guidelines in the Sequence of Operation.
