How to Install the Lay-In Wireway
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and sealing a Lay-In Wireway for effective cable management.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Wire connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Seal the joints
For joints between lay-in sections, position the LSGQR fitting and install it with a shoulder bolt, ensuring the gaskets are visible from above. Rotate the cam to lock the position.
- Install box entries
Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, then install a 90° angle sealing plate as described in the sealing methods.
- Adjust and anchor telescope fittings
Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting. Insert the fitting into the straight section and adjust to the desired length. Drill holes and install screws to anchor the fitting if necessary.
- Calibrate the wireway
Ensure that all sections are aligned and securely fastened. Verify that the wireway is level and that all gaskets are properly seated to prevent leaks.
