This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper assembly and secure connections.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Lockwashers, Terminal connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the parts of the telescope fitting in the correct order, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through each side of the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws through the holes from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Cut the wireway to length
Cut the wireway body to the desired length, ensuring to leave space for the flange and gaskets. Grind off any burrs and sharp edges.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in order. Secure with clips, screws, and nuts as specified in the installation details.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure for box entries. Position the box connector and gasket inside the enclosure, ensuring proper alignment with the wireway.
- Install hangers
Assemble the hangers as shown in the installation details, ensuring they are attached to the wireway flanges in the appropriate positions.
