How to Install the F66LTA Wireway

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the F66LTA wireway system, ensuring proper assembly and sealing for optimal performance.

Estimated time: 1h

Tools needed:

Screwdriver, Drill, Wrench

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Gaskets, Seal plates, Wire connectors

  1. Assemble wireway sections

Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.

  2. Seal joints

After installing the wires, seal each joint between sections using either the LSGQR fitting method or the 90° sealing plate method, ensuring that gaskets are visible and properly positioned.

  3. Install box entries

Make a cutout in the control enclosure for the wireway entry, position the box connector and gasket inside, and install a 90° sealing plate to secure the connection.

  4. Adjust telescope fitting

Assemble the compression ring, gasket, and retainer on the telescope fitting, insert it into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length before securing with screws.

  5. Anchor telescope fitting

If the telescope fitting is used vertically, drill .25 inch diameter holes through the fitting and straight section, then install screws and cap nuts to secure it in place.

  6. Calibrate wireway

Ensure that all sections are level and properly aligned, and verify that all connections are secure using a multimeter to check for continuity.
